Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1 to 3 days of purchase. During peak periods such as public holidays or seasonal sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Most customers receive their order within 4 to 14 business days. This is an estimate and does not factor in any potential delays caused by postal or courier services once the parcel is in transit.

Our primary warehouses are located in Australia, mainly in Victoria and New South Wales. We also work with overseas fulfilment centres to help maintain stock availability and reduce the chance of items selling out. In some cases, items may ship from these overseas locations depending on inventory levels. Delivery timeframes should still remain within the standard estimate. In rare cases where customs processing is delayed, delivery may take up to 21 days.

If there is an unexpected delay, we sincerely apologise. Once a parcel has left our warehouse, delivery time is dependent on the postal or courier service. If you cannot locate your tracking email, please check your Spam or Junk folder. If you need help tracking your parcel, contact us via our Contact Us page and we will assist you.

If you have ordered multiple items, they may be shipped separately based on stock availability. Each parcel will still be delivered within the original estimated timeframe.

If your delivery is taking longer than expected, we understand this can be frustrating, especially during busy seasons. If you are concerned, please reach out through our Contact Us page and we will look into it for you.

We are happy to offer free and fast shipping Australia-wide on all orders, unless stated otherwise. No minimum spend is required.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel during transit.

Please note that while your order is packed and shipped from within Australia wherever possible, many of our products are manufactured overseas so we can provide high-quality items at fair and affordable prices.
